For the last 10 years, I felt stuck on my spiritual path. This was the first book i read from MDP. it is a great entry level book for any spiritual seeker. even if you know a lot about meditation or chakras or spirituality - because i thought i did - yet it expanded my knowledge that much where i was hungry for more.
