This cd helped me at a time in my life where I was so stressed that no medication was able to calm me or make me sleep. I have moved to Inner Renewal meditation after few years of practicing Just Be Free. Since I can now stay in meditation for 40 minutes, this is a good progression from my usual 20 mins. I feel more stable and peaceful after doing my Inner Renewal! It's great to have a progression in my practice!
